Scoop It (70 minutes)
Scoop It is an amazing content creation curating tool. Using this tool an educator creates an empty page to host content interest, and then set Scoop It up to go out to the web and find that related content. Scoop It then locates the related content and makes suggestions of what can be put on this new page. Valuable links that Scoop It finds can even be copied and shared on a teacher's website, or in their LMS (Learning Management System) The page can then be shared with students, other educators, and the world. Time is saved because Scoop It does the searching and then makes the suggestions. A teacher can even search for other peoples' scoops! For those looking for a way to save some time and find great information all at once... doing a little scoop is a great way to start.
