The use of interactive websites in the classroom is important for student learning in the 21st Century. It is important that SACS students have access to tools for research, learning, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. With this in mind both students and parents need to be aware of SACS policy in regards to terms of use when using outside websites for learning. Web 2.0 Approved Sites - This are contains a listing of approved websites for classroom use. This is a constant changing list and parents are encourage to visit it frequently to find new information as sites are vetted by the district.
Web 2.0 Parent Permission Form - This is the form that is required if a website is to be used which is not on the approved sites list... or is listed as an exception on the approved site list.
